Exceptional service

PostNet Gonubie is without a doubt the best postal/courier service I have ever had the experience of dealing with. The manager, Lianda Lamprecht, is beyond brilliant. My initial contact with Leanda was when I asked her about parcels sent via Aramax and I shared my story with her and the inferior performance I experienced with PostNet Beacon Bay and Aramax. Upon hearing this she immediately got on the phone to Beacon Bay branch to enquire what is going on. The ongoing feedback that she provided me, allowed me to trace my parcel lying in a crate at Aramax depot. Eventually 8 weeks later I got my parcel back from Aramax and this is where Lianda’s customer service just changes to a level of customer service that is exceptional. She took my parcel and completed the admin in front of me, gave me the documents to sign and assured me that she will be following the parcel and inform me when it arrives at its destination in Las Vegas. I gave the parcel to PostNet Gonubie on 9/4/2025 and Amazon received the parcel on 13/4/2025. This is just WOW! Lianda Lamprecht deserves the highest accolade that any franchise can receive for going over and beyond the scope of her service to me as a normal customer. Let me tell you I cannot wait to send another parcel. It will go nowhere else but to PostNet Gonubie. Thank you Lianda.
