Excellent customer service and good relations

I would like to thank Suzette van Wyk and Karien Gouws, both these Ladies are always friendly and very helpfull as i often make use of the postnet to postnet courier service.<br> <br> I recently had two parcels lost due to negligence on the courier agent, and not Postnet Mokopane. Eventhough it was practically out of Karien and Suzettes hands, they did take up the matter and went out of their way to handle a very complicated situation and resolved the matter on my behalf!!<br> In doing this, they also helped me keep up good relations with my own customers to whom i send courier parcels to.<br> <br> Always nice to be treated kindly and in a professional manner.
