Excellent Customer Service

I had the pleasure of being assisted at your Northgate Mall branch a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the service I received. When I walked in there were a couple of people in front of me and I was worried that I will be there for long. The ladies were very efficient and soon everyone was attended to. I was sending a document via courier and the lady who helped was very nice. Their customer service and consideration was too good to be ignored. This is just to say thank you for excellent service.
