EMS POSTNET POOR SERVICE

iam very disappoint with their services . My husband send very important documents to Zimbabwe through Ems post-net on the 7th of May 2019 and we where told that it will take 7 days to arrive but until now we do not where the documents are if we track them the status is saying shipped . We have been up and down to the post office that we used no help we got from them . Now my husband has stop going to work because he didn't submit these documents to the company . It feels so bad that the documents are in their transit for 3 weeks 2 days , no apology or what so ever for the delay . I will never recommend anyone to use their service as it will affect their lives .
