Efficient service from Innocentia and her colleagues at PostNet Lynnwood

Had an AWESOME experience at PostNet Lynnwood (Hillcrest JHB). The minute I walked in I was offered help by numerous employees, Innocentia landed up assisting me. The shop was busy but she didn't rush me or any of her other customers. There was a problem with the printing machine so instead of sending me home blaming it on my memory stick she took the time to try an solve the issue. I have been to other Postnets before and this is by far the most efficient one. I hope management sees this and congratulates their staff. It's not very often you come across good service these days even when it's arguably the most important aspect as the face of a company (especially when the shop is busy like it was today). I will recommend this Postnet and Innocentia to everyone I know! All the best and thank you!
