Durban North Trading hours

I got to the Durban North Kensington Drive Branch at 16:54 and the branch supposedly closes at 17:00? Lady from a coffee shop next door went to call an employee of the branch from a gym nearby. The lady peeped, judging from the body language after seeing that I’m probably not a regular client the lady just told the coffee shop lady to tell me to come back the next day! The thing that made me angry the most is the body language of the particular lady who works/owns Postnet. That is no way to treat a client especially after having closed earlier then normal trading hours!
