DUMB EMPLOYEES
Staff of Berea postnet gave my parcel to someone ELSE!!! They did not follow proper procedure to confirm whether the correct person received the parcel, did not check id number or call me to confirm that someone is collecting my parcel who is not me!!!!! It is a an expensive samsung phone!!! if this problem is not solved and I am not FULLY compensated for this I will definitely take this matter further ( ombudsman) THIS IS TOTAL NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF POSTNET BEREA,,BAD SERVICE,,,,VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!
