dumb berea postnet workers

<p>My parcel arrived at Berea postnet at 10. On 2 December 2016. When I went to pick it up on 3 December they can't find it. How can you loose a parcel if u are a courier company. Bunch of idiots. Please don't do business with Berea postnet for your own peace of mind</p>
