Dont look down on Us

I think its time we invested in better service delivery to potential clients. Lets also train our stuff on how to handle reactions from clients too. To them what they did and how they reacted has affected my outlook of PostNet. I may complain that the pricing is high yet dont make me feel kicked and dont talk about me once I leave the store. PostNet in Olympus Center i didn't like how I was treated. For me i felt looked down because Im black and its even more painful when being done by another black person. This has made me feel that PostNet is discriminating yet I cant base my conclusion on one store. I have been to a lot of the PostNet store and got great service. PostNet Brooklyn Mall, PostNet Nelspruit, PostNet Glenfair Mall, PostNet in Hatfiled Mall. Yet today i don't think i will go back to postnet for any business.
