Don't get ****med

Be very weary of being ****med by this company. I have been using PostNet for over 7 years and recommending them to other people however I will not be using them again. I received a parcel that I paid to get couriered and was told that anything over 2kg's would incur an extra R70 per kg. While the parcel was still under 2 kg's they insisted that I pay an extra R225 because of the metric weight while it fit into the standard parceling bag that they usually use. I will not be using them again and recommend that others don't.
