dont care attitude

I went in to the store to print photos I was told there's the machine put on your blue tooth. I told the lady I don't understand the machine but it was like it was an effort for her to help me. I got going and every time I got stuck they all looked at me like I'm an idiot. The were all to busy to even help. I called the manager who apologised but said that is a self service machine. No where does it say it is as I don't thing I would ever used it. The all saw me walking out in a state. no one cared. Said I don't think I would ever use them again manager said well it is my choice. So that's what they think of their customers. I only had about 30 pics to print but I'm sure it was only a small amount to them.
