Documents missed Deadline due to not being delivered overnight

I send documents Wednesday 29/05 from a postnet branch in Pta to a destination in Randfontein. The documents were urgent and had a cut off date on Friday 31/05. I went in and send it on the over night courier service. On Friday afternoon the documents had not yet been delivered. I phoned the call center number and could not through I then phoned the branch I had sent from, they then phoned me back and said the courier said that the documents could not be done over night as it was "out of region". IF THAT WAS THE CASE WHY DID IT NOT SHOW THAT WHEN THEY CAPTURED IT ON THE SYSTEM FOR DELIVERY!!!! THEN I WOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER AGENCY. It is now Monday 03/06.... My parcel is still not deliver and on the online tracking there is nothing since 30/05... I have now contacted the call center again and am waiting for a report

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very sorry I did not have a look on Hello Peter before I made use of this service I see I am only 1 of VERY MANY UNHAPPY CLIENTS !!!!!!!!!!
