Document not collected after 5 days

On Thursday 21 May 2015 I went to PostNet at Savoy Centre Umtata and entrusted them to collect a document for me from Durban. My wife and son is ravelling to India on Thursday 28 May and this is my son's PIO document needed to travel to India.<br> I was told that I will receive the document at Umtata within 3 working days. Meaning I should have received the document on 23 May, Saturday. <br> On Saturday I enquired at PostNet as to why I have not received it. The lady, Nelly phoned a person by name Asanda and she said it will arrive on Monday. When I phoned my friend with whom the document is she tells me that no one has come to her to collect it yet.<br> Today is the fifth day. I phoned Tsepo *** at Amarax East London, the courier who is supposed to collect the document, Mantso *** at PostNet Head Office and also constantly in touch with the lady in Umtata. Nobody has any clue of what is going on.<br> I paid PostNet R305.00 for this service and is stressing about it since last Saturday. I have incurred another R100.00 for phone calls<br> The document is yet not collected from my friend.<br> MS CYRIAC ***)
