Doctorate Certificate shrunk by a laminating machine at PostNet, Sunnyside, Pretoria

My Doctorate Certificate was damaged by the laminating machine (shrunk) at PostNet Sunnyside located at Robert Sobukwe Street, Pretoria today. This was an hour after i collected my DBL certificate and wanted to laminate it. The lady did not even care to apologize and it was just normal to her. I thought PostNet was professional enough to an extent that their staff are able to use a laminating machine. I then went back to UNISA to check for a reprint and that was declined. I called the Manager (Tsholofeloe) and she did not pick up my calls but decided to send me a message even though i sent her a picture of my damaged certificate. Guys please avoid this outlet but laminate at your won risk.
