Do Not Use Postnet as a courier service

Sent a package Via postnet Hunters Retreat on the 14 of January 2022. Paid for overnight courier as I needed the package urgently. It is Now the 24th of January and I still do not have my package. The package has been out for delivery since the 19th and I still do not have it. The call centers cant assist me as it is out for delivery and they cannot trace the driver. I am frustrated and at wits end. Terrible Service. Rather use another service provider as you are not guaranteed to get your products via postnet.
