Do Not trust Postnet services or promises!

On 17 March I forwarded seven small Dragon Fruit plants and appox. 5 seedlings to a client via Postnet Frankfort. He received the package in a totally torn and absolutely destroyed condition. The plants will never recover. I will have to make good on the loss. Photographs of the condition in which the package was received is available. Will Postnet stand in for the way in which they handle their business? Will they apologize to the client and myself? I think not. This is the last time I will make use of their services. Take note - they only care about your money. Oh. The packaging was also bought at Postnet and they opened the sealed package because they did not believe my son that it is dragon fruit plants.
