Dissappearence of Parcel worth R1200

Hi, my name is Awande. On the 16th of April I had ordered some shoes from an online store, These shoes are worth R1200. After I paid for the shoes the sender(thabang) sent the shoes through Postnet Cbd in Pretoria. On the day that the shoes were meant to be sent I constantly tried to track the shoes on the Postnet app but it did not work. I decided to give it a week until I actually go check at the Postnet in Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg. When I arrived there and gave them the PPA no. They told me that it doesn't exist. So I came back hours later and I called the sender who then told me that they did send the shoes and he didn't cancel the delivery. I decided to call the person who was helping the sender with the delivery, her name is Thandeka. I asked her if the sender canceled the delivery and she said no, so that's when I realized that the shoes had gone missing at the Postnet. The owner over the store doesn't seem to be bothered because he knows of the situation but he is on holiday in Cape Town according to Thandeka.
