Disrespect of PostNet towards its Customers goods.

I recently had to post my degree to Johannesburg to have it apostilled. I posted I via postnet. When I received my degree back it was bent and the degree seal was torn. I now have to pay a couple of hundred rand for a replacement copy from UKZN. I will never ever use postent again and I will never recommend postnet to anyone. Please Help!!!!
