Disrespect and false promises

Rode from Krugersdorp West to Postnet Featherbrooke. The gentleman at the front desk advised they had run out of the paper used to print tickets. He offered to get a PDF file and mail it to me to print at home as I did not want to waste petrol doing the same trip again. Nothing was done!. I then receive a e-mail saying the tickets are printed and i must collect them. I rep**** I cant come back please ask the gentleman to mail them to me as promised. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED.
