DISHONEST SERVICE

I am writing this with a heavy heart. Postnet balfour with their dishonest service. I went to do crime check on 01/12/2025 , i was told it will take 24 - 48hrs, then after 3 days i follow up , then they tell me they have a technical issue, it is unfair on my side because i paid for the services and i went to postnet not police station for a reason because i thought it will be convenient. Now they are derailing me
