disheartened customer

A package was meant to be delivered from Durban to Soweto by Postnet the initial package was sent to postnet Durban on 26.06.20 and the last tracking was 27.06.20 stating ''Departed Operations facility – In Transit'' now there hasn't been any movement when calling there call centre nobody answers, called the head office to get some clarity as to why the call centre is not operational I was merely coldly transferred somewhere where there was no answer. I am in need of this package and postnet doesn't care that they are carry peoples lives in sense. I am extremely disappointed.
