Disgusting unhelpful service

I am SHOCKED at the poor service and lack of communication. I sent a document from Naboomspruit to Paarl in the Cape. Documents for a legal matter on the 12 August 2025. THey are STILL not there on the 20 Aug and the tracking shows it as just created. According to the store the documents have left the store but are now missing . NO ONE CALLS ME OR COMMUNICATES. I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. THE HEAD OFICE NUMBER ***8 WHERE THEY SAY ' we are always available to answer your queries" does not even get answered. I paid to have the item delivered and nothing is happening. It doesn't seem like it is important to you to serve your customers. Now you are as bad as the SA mail service .
