Disgusting Service - Canal Walk Post net

I have dealt with PostNet all over SA for a number of years. And I have always recommended Postnet to anyone wanting to ship parcels. Well this time I have nothing good to say about the serves I received for Canal Walk Postnet or Courierit for that matter. A parcel was send from this post net to East London on the 7June 2019, now anyone that has made use of Postnet knows it takes them 2-3 working days to deliver a parcel. So I tracked my parcel and to my dissatisfaction CourierIt has no details other than when the parcel was collected from PostNet. After numerous phone calls every day for a whole week no one knows were the parcel is. Again on Saturday I phoned to find out what is happening I spoke to Amy and the Manager on duty (who's name has slipped my mind) they ensured me that they will phone me at 12pm they are waiting for CourierIt to get back to them well to no surprise no one phoned me I had to phone back just to be told that they have not received any news from CourierIt and is still waiting and that they will phone me before the day ends. So surprise no phone call......!! I phoned back on Sunday and the manager was not in. By this time I have used up any bit of patients I still had left with Amy and the rest of the Postnet Canal Walk staff. No one seemed to care were my parcel was and just informed me that there is nothing they can do seeing that the hub where the parcels are kept is closed and will only open again on Monday. I gave Amy my email address and she again ensured me that she will let me know Monday first thing. Today is Monday and I have not received any phone calls from any of the Postnet Canal Walk staff members. We will have no idea where the parcel is. This service is beyond Pathetic. That a customer who has already paid for a service has to run after a service provider to try and establish were a parcel is. This is really THE worst Postnet I have ever dealt with. When I informed Amy I will be complaining about their service and lack of feedback she 'politely told me that's find I can do that. Well I will just leave it at that. Customer service and pride is clearly not what drives the staff members at this post net. Absolutely disgusting service. PS and we still have no idea were our parcel is.
