Disgusting service by Postnet SA

I would like to advice anybody against using postnet,I used postnet Rustenburg on the 10/04/2018 to send an important documents to my brother in Burgersfort, Tubatse Crossing .I lost the tracing number or the receipts I got,when the package could not arrive after four days I called Rustenburg where I sent the package in order to get a number or copy of a receipt or tracing number seemingly they said they could not find it and at Burgersfort they told me they did not receive anything with the details I provided and they and worse they could not do anything snice I don’t have a tracing number,a guy by the name of Tshepo answered the phone and was assisted by a lady who’s name I did not get.Today on the 3rd of August my brother gets a call from Postnet Burgersfort to come and collect a parcel which they did not have a record at about four months since it was sent and it shows that they received it on the 11th April signed by the very same Tshepo at 16:36.I went to collect the package and I told them that I was not happy I did not even get an apology or anything. Never again will I ever use postnet,they are just on par with SAPO.Simply useless and you would be much better off sending your documents with a ***eon.My experience with them have been worse and just a big waste of time,especially the Burgersfort Tubatse branch.They could start by fixing the attitude of their staff with regards to the customer service.
