Disgusting service at Postnet Sunward Park

<p>I need leaflets printed for my Mother's Memorial Service. I took them into Postnet Sunward Park on Thursday, 09 February and received confirmation that I would receive them on Friday, 10 February which would be in time for the service which is taking place on Saturday, 11 February. </p> <p> </p> <p>The expected time of completion was 15:00, I called at 14:30 to be told that the person that assisted me is off sick so my job has not been attended to. I spoke to Charmaine who promised to call me back. I waited 30 minutes and called back again, received the same empty promise. When I became insistent was transferred to the Manager, Vanessa. She made a commitment to call me back, she didn't. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called back again and was told they're attending to it and would call me back. I called back again at 16:30 only to be told that she hopes to have it back before 17:00. </p> <p> </p> <p>I hope too that when we bid my Mom farewell we have leaflets for the people present to follow the service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, I am disgusted by the poor service and incompetence displayed right up to management level. Poor show Postnet Sunward Park, poor show! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
