Disgusting Service at PostNet Northcliff Square
I have had the worst experience at any printing service provider at your Northcliff Square PostNet.
On the 9th of August I visited your Northcliff Square store and inquired about having a book photocopiaed. Your staff was unfriendly and tardy. My request was taken nonetheless. I then inquired as to how long the service delivery would take. Your staff again showed sight of tardiness and unfriendliness, they said that they could not give me a time as to when I could collect the order. Upon persistence from my side they agreed they would call me once they had completed my order.
Later that afternoon I was notified telephonically that I could collect. I did so immediately but unfortunately I was pressed for time and did not look the order through upon collection. Once home that evening I saw that my copies had been made with the blatant disregard for the service I asked for with the utmost minimum effort. The Northcliff Square PostNet staff had cut off half my pages. I feel this is a deliberate and gross delivery of bad service. There is no excuse.
It is very clear that little effort was placed into these photocopies. A week later, 15.08.2018, I returned to your store to lodge my complaint and demand that I'd be given the service I was asked for and promised. The Northcliff Square PostNet staff made numerous excuses as to why I was given pathetically poor service. They blamed it on the structure of the book and it’s binding. I ask then to look at the photocopies given above. It is not the book’s structure that is the matter, but rather the placing of the book in the photocopier by *********** and lazy staff. I was assured by the staff that they would tend to my complaint and left my copy with then to rectify.
That same afternoon I was informed that the task had been completed and that I could collect. Again, as I have a full time job and not the luxury of running after Northcliff Square PostNet staff, I only returned the following day to collect (16.08.2018). This time I took a few minutes to look the second photocopy over only to discover that the unprofessional and lacking staff of the Northcliff Square PostNet had once again tried to fool me out of my money. They has only photocopied a certain amount of pages, and the rest they had written out by hand. What a disgrace! I am disgusted.
Upon seeing this I wanted to bring it up with the staff but only the original staff member that helped me upon my first entry into the Northcliff Square PostNet was present. I had no desire to converse with her as she had on multiple occasions proved herself less that adequate or professional. The following Monday (20.08.2018) I returned to the store, ONCE AGAIN. I complained to the male staff member that I was less than happy with the second copy that had bene given to me. I asked for a refund. He then stated that I would not be given a refund. He stated that the copy I was in possession of was readable and thus would not qualify for a refund. “Readable” was not the services I asked for. I PHOTOCOPIED version of the book is what I asked for. I then demanded to speak with his managers, who he assured me was not in-store. I then asked to be contacted the moment the owner returned and that he would discuss the matter with him/her that I'd be given a refund.
Today’s date is the 27.08.2018. I have still not heard back from the staff or owner of Nothcliff Square PostNet. I am utterly repulsed by the service, nay, LACK or service deliver by the Northcliff Square PostNet. I still demand a refund. I will most certainly never use their services again and make is very clear to all that I am aquatinted with to do the same.
You may think me petty when observing the amount I am asking back for. But this is not a matter of money, this is a matter or principle. A principle where a customer has been treated with the lowest of regards, lack of respect, and arrogance.
