disgusting service and ****** remarks

My husband sent two parcels to be delivered from Hazyview to Midrand on the 24/02 and we still have not received the parcels. We were informed that the truck was hijacked, We have been waiting for over a month for the company to respond back to us and today after making a few calls, i was directed to the owner by the name of Bonnie. She was not only unhelpful, rude and ******s but she told me that there is nothing they intend to do about the loss that we have incurred. This lady has no customer service skills and she had the audacity to hang up the phone while in the middle of the conversation. We were never given the option to insure our items and now my husband lost all items of clothing, kitchen stuff as well as our laptop. This lady's shops must be closed down as she has no business handling our valuables. South Africa has come a long way from this and this is unacceptable
