Disgusting service

A lousy R350 is what you guys can refund us after paying over 1000 for an international parcel to be delivered. What about the contents in the parcel??? Is this a joke? Is this how you guys treat your customers? Also, that Claudia from The Glen should mind her manners when addressing people. She was so unapologetic and condescending. This is so patronising and disgusting to say the least. This thing has been dragging since last year August and for it to be resolved like this?! Nooo, I am not happy at all. Someone please give me answers as to how this refund thing works. Surely this is some kind of a prank, I’m so shocked.
