DISGUSTING POSTNET SERVICE

DO NOT USE POSTNET - they do not deliver. I was posted an overnight parcel on Monday 2nd Dec to me which should have got to me latest Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning. I needed the parcel to take with me to my daughter. I have spent the day with an employer trying to source my parcel. I was willing to get in my car and go where ever the parcel was but nobody would assist her in locating my parcel. DO NOT USE POSTNET for a delivery , they are unreliable and then unwilling to assist. They also DO NOT communicate when they could not do as was requested - OVERNIGHT a parcel!
