Disgusting Postnet Kempton Park Service

On Thursay, the 30th of July 2020 I went to Postnet at Kempton Park - Monument road, a man called Sandile assisted me with an overnight door to door delivery of a medication to Kimberly that is supposed to help my sister with chest pains the time was 10:10 and it says before 11:00 for the next day delivery, I paid a whooping R510 for a 0,2KG parcel, as i am writing this review (on Monday the 3rd of August 16:49) my sister still has not received the parcel. I went to Postnet this morning only to be told that flights are delayed by COVID and they do not count weekend, I demanded refund, only to be told there is nothing they can do for me, I am asking why the **** are you selling service that you know you can't fulfill? what about my sister's health?
