Disgusting Customer Service!!

Extremely disappointed with the service received. Yesterday afternoon, I paid for two parcels to be posted using their door to door overnight service. The parcels did not arrive at both addresses today and the tracking system has not been updated with a reason for the delay. I would not have paid extra for the parcels to be delivered overnight if it was not urgent!!! I will never use this service again!! If overnight delivery is not possible on a Saturday then customers should be advised that it will only arrive on Monday and not be allowed to pay for an overnight service on Friday!!!
