Disgusting customer care fro Postnet Karaglen

On the 1 June 2020 I sent a set of documents to Germany and was told that it would leave that day, however 17 days later I cannot get any information from Warren at Postnet Karaglen as to what is the whereabouts of my documents. This has to be the worst service I have ever had from any Postnet I have dealt with in business. Absolutely no customer care from this outlet.
