Disgusting behaviour and service

Words cannot begin to describe the utter ****ty service I’ve been receiving from Postnet Hyde park, from consultants assisting you while blowing a gum, leaning back on a chair with no care in the world, to them addressing every black customer that walks in, in their home language. (You cannot assume every black customer understands African language) , they never want to assist, always looking annoyed and bored as if you are bugging them.

More than anything they need to do better, if they feel they don’t want to work there, they must leave. South Africa has the highest unemployment rate, make room for people who actually need those jobs
