Disgusted on the owner of these branches bad reputation for an example of foreign owner

Very bad staff at the PostNet Cape town Metropolitan branch, PostNet Gardens shopping Centre branch and V&A Waterfront branch, I had been working there four years and been very loyal to the friendly staff and owner yet upon getting fired all I received was a good reference of work besides all that the owner still denies everything that was done for him, where I had to spend time with him at his house doing construction work and being let go like I was a dog. I'm disgusted to know that I knew nothing from this business to being there for 4years and doing everything possible to keep it going as there were no increase in salary for good work done but always deductions when it was time to get paid for mistakes I mean "mistakes" made it's not an occasional to thing.
