DISGUSTED IN POSTNET

To whom it may concern,

On 20 March 2018 at 13h00 I went to postnet Queenswood to do some printing of my assignments from university of pretoria. It is the SECOND TIME that I go there and their printer jams!! Then the helper just take it out creesed and give it to me. And EXPECTS me to pay for it!!!! Then I wanted to.bind my documents and their BINDING MACHINE is STILL not working!!! I paid all and all R280. The WORST of it all is when I got home there was some pages missing and blank pages in between which I PAID FOR!! I DEMAND to be REFUNDED and to receive a PROMPT RESPONSE on this e-mail!!!! OR you leave me no option as to go to the PAPERS!!!!
