Disappointment and **********

Postnet - Boskruin, I went to Postnet in Boskruin on the 18th May 2020, for a door to door delivery. I bought a box as well as the courier the weight was 6 kgs, and the box 31 length , 24 Width , 31 Height. this cost me R 354.00. The parcel has still not arrived at the destination, When following up they say the gave it to a 3rd party to courier. I have tried to track the parcel with Aramex and all I get is that they will get back to me. I have had to call them numerous times. The cost for the parcel was ridiculous as well as on the 6th May I sent another parcel from you trinity village Postnet they are fantastic. Parcel 11.2 kgs length 45 width 31 height 30.

Please explain the why I am charged more ? ******* and not good practice. I send parcels monthly I would rather drive to trinity village and have friendly staff assisting and not some I need to spell to and they rip you off.
