Disappointing service

I sent a fathers day gift (potjie percolator) from the Northwold branch to Modimolle,Limpopo. The packaging they gave was a plastic "sleeve", the gift arrived today and was bent. Surely the staff should recommend the correct packaging per product ie.bubble wrap/box?
