Disappointing canvas print

This is specifically regarding to PostNet in Somerset West, just off the Main road. I had an A2 Canvas print done there, and when I got my print back I saw that I lost almost all of my saturation. Postnet did not warn me against this, nor did they try and fix it or even apologise in the least when I clearly stated I wanted it to be more saturated [like in the photo I sent them].

It felt like there was no emphasis on customer satisfaction, only on getting the customer's money.
