Disappointed

I have always given PostNet a good name. I use PostNet for all of my local deliveries & so do my parents. We have never received an SMS when our parcels have arrived to their destinations, we ALWAYS have to phone and follow up. Last week Thursday I was in East London , away on business, I popped in at Post Net Vincent Park to send my mom her birthday present , she is in JHB (I know it takes 2-3 working days) so I expected it to be there by Tuesday the following week. Today is Thursday , exactly a week later and it has only arrived today. I just find it sad that on the time I really re**** on them to get it there on time they failed me. I phoned multiple times to both JHB & East London branch, both said they'd investigate and come back to me but neither of them did.
