Delivery was ****** by Postnet

I am absolutely fed up at this point. My goods were never delivered, and every time I try to contact you I get nothing but useless excuses and empty promises. My order was supposed to be delivered to the Greenacres branch, but when I go in-store I’m told the delivery “failed.” Yet no one can tell me why.

I’ve escalated this multiple times and still received zero proper feedback. All I ever hear is, “a consultant will call you,” but no one ever does. I’m done being patient. At this point, it honestly feels like my delivery was ******, because there is absolutely no transparency or accountability from your side.

This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I will never use your services again.
