Delivery failure

Tracking number PPA*********249 sent on 9th Nov from East London to Heather Park Postnet - and as of now 09;00 12th Nov in Stellenbosch - 440 klms past HeatherPark - and I am told it is in transit - that is a load of hogwash - Postnet/Aramex have *****ed up - and failed me - I am leaving at 5 AM Friday and wanted to take to goods with me - sadly I will be out of pocket because of the the failure of Postnet/Aramex service - Heather Park is in George half way between East London and Stellenbosh - as a courier company Geography should be a strong point but you guys failed this test
