Delayed parcel and unapproachable

I am very disappointed in Postnet services. I took a parcel to Postnet in Gonubie on 12 April 2022, to be delivered at by parents doorstep in Secunda. I paid for the over night courier and payed an extra amount of R395. The gentleman at postnet informed me the parcel will be at my parents home by Thursday 14 April 2022. It was also essential for the parcel to arrive at my parents before the weekend.

Today my parents still did not receive their parcel, I send an email on postnet's callcentre, informing them I am not satisfied and are they going to refund me for the extra amount I have paid for the over night courier, because it was not part of the agreement. The only response I received was that the parcel will be delivered today. Worst of all the parcel still did not arrive at my parents house.

I would not recommend to use Postnet courier services
