Took my daughters birthday gift to Postnet & they recommended I use Global Mail to post to the USA. This was on the 27 Ocober. Today, 20 November the gift still hasnt arrived. Phoned postnet and all they can say is "sorry" the nearly R300 posrage you paid was at your own Risk & there is nothng we can do.
