Damaged service from PostNet

I am very disappointed in PostNet's service. I sent a fragile package from Lephalale to Amanzimtoti on 2 August 2022. On the 5th they told me the package is in Durban, to be sorted and then go to it's destination. On the 8th they informed me my package was damaged and sent back to Lephalale. On the 26th I got the package from them, totally damaged and broken into pieces. I will never ever use PostNet again.
