DAMAGED MY ARTWORK

I'm disappointed in postnet Richards bay of their services, they damaged my artwork that I sent to my client. The guy that assisted me pulled out an old tube to cover my work and just put salo tape in each end instead of lids (I did show my concerns but he just brushed it off).I had to refund my customer every cent including the delivery fee. I've lost a lot of money since this was my biggest client. DO NOT USE THEM FOR PAPER BASED ITEMS!!!!!!
