Dad customer service

I went the on Saturday I was helped by a coloured lady who did not had an customer service who was so quick to dismiss me ,I gave her the track number for the she checked on the system and told me to go to dis Chem centre the package was not delivered to them ,only today I come to the dis Chem centre and I was told the package is not here I must go back to Atterbury ,I am very angry about people who don't care when they working with people
