customer service sucks

Left early to be the first customer at post net sandridge, did my copies. Paid with my card. The machine was offline, for 15 minutes they don’t talk to me they trying the machine. I had already tapped my card. I wait. They come and say” machine is not working , go withdraw money . Leave your copies here” . They don’t apologize for making me wait without explaining the situation, they don’t ask me properly to go withdraw money. Their attitude and customer service is zero. Good bye to opening my mail box with them. It is not the first time experience of such. Why not talk to customers properly and what happened to “please” , “apologies”.
