customer service people who ignore customers

Went in to the Ninapark Postnet to have something printed. One consultant was helping customers while the other one was scanning items and ignoring customers. Finally the "scanner" stopped and gave me a price for printing. When I produced a data stick she casually told me I could print it myself. All the comps were busy. I saw a copier that could take a stick and asked her if I could print there? Her answer was that it wasnt switched on? And told me to wait! Then she continued to ignore me. The other consultant got irritated when a customer asked her a simple question. Terrible unfriendly service. I left and went to Junxtion instead
