Customer a \Hassle"to Postnet George"""
I handed in 2 Books at Postnet George for copies. Upon handing over my books i Asked the manager Hanre to advice how long the books will take to copy. A Maximum of 5 days\was his words.When I phoned him on Friday to advice how far my books was he advised me that i can pick the books up on Saturday.<br> Saturday i did not make it to pick up the books. On Monday I phoned to find out if my books was finished and Hanre once again assured me that I can pick the books up at 8 Tuesday.<br> When I phoned on Tuesday @ 13:10 to ensure my books was done no one had any idea what copies I referred to and advice me that they will phone back. At 13:25 i Still haven't received a call so I called ONCE AGAIN! The graphic designer who answered the phone was cheeky
Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that were caused when we failed to adhere to your requirements at our George store.
The matter was referred to the owner who made contact in order to place it on a sound footing.
