****** of the highest order!

Post net has a division called Capemet, the worst! It is filled with ****** and very *********** bunch of useless staff. 2 weeks ago I paid a fee so that they can collect my confidential documents from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town. A week later when I called to find out where are the documents... A guy by the name of Pascal told me that my documents were delivered at 10:56 to John, mind you there's no one I know who is called John. I told him that no documents we delivered to me! He later said my document are in somewhat law firm in Randburg... LATER THE SAME DAY I WAS CALLED BY Fabrin who then assured me that my documents were going to brought to me within 48 hours till this day nothing has been delivered to me! I am now taken from pillar to post by their manage Thabiet. Monday will be a third week of not receiving my documents though I have paid.
